• As a Local Customer, you can create requests for items you wish to purchase.

4. Interaction with Shop Owners

• You may communicate with Local Shop Owners through the chat feature to discuss item availability, pricing, and other details.

• Be respectful and courteous in all interactions.

5. Purchase Agreements

• All transactions occur offline and not through LocalZShopee app. You are responsible for agreeing on payment methods and terms directly with the Shop Owner.

• Ensure you have confirmed the total cost, including any applicable taxes or fees, before finalizing the transaction.

6. User Conduct

• You agree not to engage in any activities that may harm the app or its users, including but not limited to harassment, spamming, or spreading misinformation.

• You are responsible for your actions within the app and any consequences arising from them.

7. Limitation of Liability

• LocalZShopee is not liable for any disputes arising from transactions between Local Customers and Shop Owners.

• We do not guarantee the quality or safety of items purchased.

8. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. Users will be notified of significant changes through the app.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
