• You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is truthful and up-to-date.

4. Responding to Customer Requests

• You are encouraged to respond promptly to requests created by Local Customers.

• Communication should be conducted in a professional and respectful manner.

5. Purchase Agreements

• All transactions occur offline; you are responsible for agreeing on payment methods and terms directly with the Local Customer.

• Ensure clarity regarding item condition, pricing, and any return or refund policies.

6. User Conduct

• You agree not to engage in any activities that may harm the app or its users, including but not limited to harassment, spamming, or spreading misinformation.

• You are responsible for your actions within the app and any consequences arising from them.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Local Shopee is not liable for any disputes arising from transactions between Local Customers and Shop Owners.

• We do not guarantee the sale of items or the satisfaction of Local Customers.

8. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. Users will be notified of significant changes through the app.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
